I just installed a fresh copy of WinXP on a new VM, and wanted to set it up for Dabo development. So I went through the required steps to get all the packages installed, and documented all the necessary URLs. Wow, things have improved on the installation front in the 2 years since I last set up a Windows machine! Every package has a binary installer, making setting up pretty painless.
